Registration for Tiffin Girls September 2027 entry closed at noon on 1 September 2026. Stage 1 is on 1 or 2 October, on your assigned date. Stage 2 is on 7 November for invited candidates. These are the Girls’ dates; do not use the Tiffin Boys calendar.
Tiffin Girls Stage 2 English includes reading comprehension and creative writing, with handwritten answers. Maths also uses written answers. The school sets and marks Stage 2; its FAQ does not offer subject specimen papers. The activities below are original teaching examples, not past-paper questions.
For 2027 entry, final scoring is 60% English and 40% maths. In component terms that is Stage 2 English 60%, Stage 2 maths 30% and Stage 1 maths 10%. Stage 1 English still affects progression. The Inner Area uses named wards; the wider Designated Area uses postal districts. Neither is the Boys’ 10km rule.
